Adipic acid has a soft and long-lasting acidic flavor, and it is a good pH adjusting agent because of its small change in pH value in a wide range of concentration.GB2760-2007 stipulates that, for solid beverage, the maximum use amount of this product is 0.01g/kg; it can also be used in jelly and jelly powder, and the maximum use amount of this product for jelly is 0.01g/kg; when it is used in jelly powder, it can be used in accordance with the multiplication of the brewing to increase the use amount.
